Refund Policy for Scissortail Merchant Solutions

At Scissortail Merchant Solutions, we strive to provide transparent and reliable payment processing services. This Refund Policy outlines our approach regarding hardware sales, software subscriptions, and services rendered.

1. POS & Terminal Hardware Sales

All hardware sales are considered final once shipped. However, we may offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The equipment was defective upon arrival

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item is returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery

Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

2. Software Subscriptions

Monthly software or POS licensing fees are non-refundable after payment has been processed. You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

3. Merchant Processing Services

Refunds for processing services are not applicable, as these fees are based on actual usage. However, if you believe you were billed in error, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please email info@scissortailpay.com with:

  • Your business name

  • Order or reference number

  • Reason for the request

We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
